We will aim to dispatch your goods within two working days of receiving your order.
Shipping charges and delivery times are as follows:
Within the UK
Delivery will take between 2 and 4 additional working days dependent on the shipping method used. Please do not chase shipments before this time has passed.
We make no additional charge for deliveries within the UK.
In Europe
Please see the list at the foot of this page for a list of countries qualifying for European delivery rates.
Delivery will take between 3 and 5 additional working days to countries marked (EU) and between 6 and 7 additional working days to other countries on the list.
A charge of £10 applies and will cover up to two books. If you order more than this quantity, your order may be rejected, or additional charges requested.
Rest of the World
For delivery to anywhere else in the world, we offer two different services. Our standard service takes 2 - 12 weeks and is a low cost shipping method. This costs £10 per order.
Our more rapid shipping method for the rest of the world takes between 6 and 7 additional working days for delivery. A charge of £20 applies. In each case, this charge will cover up to two books. If you order more than this quantity, your order may be rejected, or additional charges requested.
Please note that ARTBUKZ is not liable to any local taxes or duties which must be settled in the country of arrival of the goods.
Returns and refunds
If your goods are faulty, they will be exchanged without charge. If you are not delighted with your purchase, it can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be in perfect condition. Carriage to our depot is your responsibility. Please contact us for the correct address to send your return to.
